Red Bank, New Jersey: Over the years, many of our viewers have commented, "You only tell the stories of successful businesses owners. Tell us about some failures."

Marshall Wright, an adjunct professor at Rutgers MBA program, Graduate School of Management (for accounting information systems design), was willing to tell us about some of his failures. We are happy to report that his business (that his wife started in 1984 and where we find him within this interview) surpassed $1 million in annual revenues in 1998!

Now, we are sure to ask each of our highly-successful business owners, "Please tell us about some of your failures -- what did you learn from them and how did you finally get to the next level?"

It seems that we all want to know that each of us has an Archille's heal, but ultimately we are optimists and we want people to win.
