Yet, in Ohio, because there are so many large businesses, we have used the ratio: one small business for every 20 people. It follows that there are at least 500,000 small businesses in Ohio!
Process: There are over 200 Chambers of Commerce in Ohio. Surely there are at least ten good and ethical small businesses in each of these Chambers. Yet, we all know there are many, many more. Let us identify up to 5% within each chamber who meet these selection criteria.
