Arlington, Virginia. Lillian Handy left her job in 1981 to become an entrepreneur. Her company, TRESP Associates, has had as many as 200 employees; they provide management support to the government. There is hardly enough wall space to hold the awards she has won. Lillian is a member of the Council of Growing Companies and shares with us her Sliver of Genius.
